Smithfields Restaurant and Bar located in Ashland, Oregon is a neighborhood steakhouse restaurant and bar which specializes in sustainable “nose-to-tail” dining (utilizing the whole animal)
and in-house charcuterie.

Smithfields Restaurant and Bar is open Tuesday through Sunday evenings from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We recommend that you call for reservations beforehand, however, walk-ins will be accepted if seating is available.
