Mix

57 North Main - On The Plaza - 488-9885

Semi-new-ish to the scene, and brought to you by the same folks who gave us Amuse, Mix offers the finest fresh croissants Ashland has to offer, hands down.  Try the Goat Cheese and Arugula croissant if you require proof.  You’ll find it in the Encyclopedia under,
'Things that make you go ‘mmmmm’....' )

Mix offers Stumptown coffees out of Portland for the bleary-eyed and caffeine addicted.

Cases filled with patisserie (scope on the lemon tarts), miniature baguette sandwiches, and a small selection of gelatos make this a perfect apres-walk-in-Lithia-Park pit stop.  Handmade candies are also in evidence (can you say 'meringue'?), though don’t expect anything along the lines of their predecessors (the once landmark Ashland Fudge Company).

Not a lot of front of the house seating to speak of, but if you do get lucky enough to snag a table there is internet access.

I'm more of a take-away person myself:  go around noon to catch
the Eppi's coming hot out of the oven   :-)
