New-ish on the scene, Loft gives the top table restaurants in town a reason to look over their shoulders, and with pricing that won't make you clutch your chest.  It's one of those places that's so hidden you almost literally can't find it.  Hint:  duck down the little alleyway alongside Hysteria, all the way to the back and to the left, or - if you have an aversion to stairs - take the elevator to the second floor and turn left.  Don't look for a sign, there sort of isn't one. 
Just walk through the slightly-propped open door.

If you try only one thing here, make it the white-truffle macaroni and cheese. Splash out and have it with crab.  Seriously - just order it.
It's one of those dishes that you write about in your diary. 

Oh just stop it - we know you keep one  ;-)

If you still have a pulse, try the Fresh Day Boat Scallops or - gasp! - the Crispy Duck Breast.  They'll make you sing. 

A fun side note:  the propriators - Jacqueline and Jeremy - are about 12 years old.  Oh, alright, in their twenties, but that's still pretty young
to be turning out this kind of food   :-)
