David: When I first had abalone that I harvested.

David: Books, TV shows, being creative

David: There is some funny incident that takes place in Larks kitchen on regular basis.

David: Fresh seafood, and any local , fresh ingredients.

David: Syrah

David: Seafood, deer & elk. (I hunt.)

David: No.

David: French laundry cookbook.

Anna: What is going to be the next big thing in the food world?
David: Offering customers to fish their own meal that a chef is going to prepare later. Example: Steelhead fishing & dinner on the Rogue River with the Rogue Runner Guide Services and a personal chef.
Anna: What do you do for fun?
David: Scuba dive, go spear fishing, bow hunting, salmon & steelhead fishing, play with my labs.

David: Cinque Terre, Italy

David: My freedom to be creative.
Anna: If you had just one wish, what would it be?
David: I would wish to never work again, just enjoy life!
