Cafe Nomyen
Bubble Tea and Crepe House

Cafe Nomyen is definitely thinking outside the bun!
If you've never had a Turkey Bacon Club, a Volcano Shrimp
or a Thai Chicken Basil crepe - then This Crepe's for you!
Sure, CN serves up delicious, sweet crepes like Strawberry, Banana and Nutella
(Anna's fav!), or Banana Split and Brownie Sundae stuffed with homemade ice cream,
but what sets this charming little lunch spot apart are it's savoury offerings!

The idea to open Café Nom-Yen began when Chef Som's wife Pan was unable to
find her favourite bubble tea drink. By incorporating Asian crepes into the menu,
they knew they'd have a place where students and locals could meet for a quick, inexpensive meal in a laid-back, whimsical venue.
While most associate crepes with France, those of the Foodie tribe know that crepes are
quite common in Asian countries such as Thailand and Viet Nam, and they are
HUGE in Japan. The Asian crepe craze is blowing up all over San Francisco, LA and
New York ... and, as usual, Ashland is right there on the cutting edge.
For the future, Cafe Nom-Yen plans to expand it to a full service food restaurant.
We can barely wait! ;-)
